Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 2026

ABS is built to provide reliable, modern systems that help service businesses operate more efficiently and consistently. These terms outline how ABS operates, what clients can expect, and how the relationship between ABS and its clients is structured.

1. Services

Automated Business Suites designs, deploys, and maintains AI-driven business systems for professional service businesses. The specific scope of services is defined by the package selected and any accompanying service agreement. ABS systems are built to support lead capture, automated follow-up, content operations, and client management. Each deployment is configured to the specific business it serves.

2. Payment Terms

Setup fees are invoiced prior to deployment and are due before work begins. Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are listed and charged in USD. Payment terms are outlined in the client's service agreement.

3. Refund Policy

Setup fees are non-refundable once deployment has begun. Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing period upon cancellation. Full refund and cancellation terms are available at:

4. Client Responsibilities

A successful deployment depends on collaboration between ABS and the client. Clients are responsible for:
  • Providing accurate and complete business information during onboarding
  • Maintaining access to required third-party platforms such as social media accounts, Cal.com, and domain registrars
  • Informing ABS of meaningful changes to their business that may affect system operation
  • Keeping login credentials secure and confidential

ABS will work closely with each client to ensure a smooth setup and ongoing operation.

5. Use of Automated and AI-Assisted Tools

ABS systems include automated and AI-assisted tools designed to support communication, content, and operational efficiency. These tools are configured to reflect each client's business, tone, and services. Clients are encouraged to periodically review system outputs — including automated emails and published content — to ensure continued alignment with their business and client expectations. ABS remains available to adjust configurations as business needs evolve. ABS works to configure systems carefully, however final business decisions and use of system outputs remain under the client's discretion.

6. Business Outcomes

ABS systems are designed to improve lead response times, follow-up consistency, and operational efficiency. Many businesses experience measurable improvements in lead engagement and conversion over time. Business outcomes naturally vary based on factors outside of ABS control, including service quality, pricing, market conditions, sales processes, and client engagement. ABS does not guarantee specific results, but focuses on building systems that support consistent and scalable operations.

7. Third-Party Platforms

ABS systems integrate with third-party platforms including social media networks, email providers, scheduling tools, and payment processors. While ABS configures and monitors these integrations, it operates within the terms and availability of those platforms. ABS cannot guarantee the availability, performance, or continued functionality of third-party platforms. In the event of a third-party platform outage or policy change that affects system functionality, ABS will work to implement a reasonable resolution in a timely manner.

8. Intellectual Property

Systems, configurations, and deployments created by ABS are the intellectual property of Automated Business Suites. Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive a perpetual, non-transferable license to operate the deployed system for their business. ABS retains the right to use generalized system architectures and methodologies — not client-specific data — as the basis for future work.

9. Liability

ABS is committed to delivering reliable, well-maintained systems. In the event of a claim, liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim. Because business outcomes depend on many factors beyond system performance, ABS liability does not extend to lost revenue, missed opportunities, or indirect business impacts. This boundary is standard for managed technology services and is designed to reflect a realistic scope of responsibility.

10. Termination

Either party may end the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client access to the deployed system continues through the end of the current billing period. ABS approaches terminations professionally and will ensure a clean transition for the client.

11. Modifications to These Terms

ABS may update these terms as the business evolves. Clients will be notified of material changes by email with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of New Jersey.
