Each receives only the data necessary to perform its function: Supabase All submitted information is stored securely in a Supabase PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their API usage policies. Privacy policy: anthropic.com/privacy Stripe If you become a paying client, billing information is processed by Stripe. ABS does not store payment card information directly. Privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy Vercel Our website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel may process minimal request metadata as part of standard hosting operations. Privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy Google Fonts Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may receive minimal request data as part of font delivery. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy Unsplash and Cal.com do not receive personal data. Unsplash is used only for image search and display. Cal.com is linked for scheduling but operates independently on their platform.

4. Cookies

ABS does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. A session cookie is set by Supabase solely for authenticated dashboard users — specifically, business clients who have been provided login credentials to access their ABS dashboard. This cookie is necessary for dashboard functionality and is not used for marketing or tracking purposes. Visitors to the public marketing site receive no cookies of any kind.

5. Analytics and Tracking

ABS does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party analytics or tracking tools on this website. No behavioral data, session recordings, or advertising tracking of any kind is collected from visitors.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions and inquiry data are retained for as long as the business relationship is active or potentially active, and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. Chatbot conversation data is retained to support system monitoring and quality assurance. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

7. Data Security

All data is stored in a secured Supabase database with row-level security policies in place. Access to stored data is restricted to authorized ABS personnel only. Data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS.

ABS is operated from the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that information you submit will be transferred to and processed in the United States. ABS uses service providers — including Supabase, Resend, and Vercel — that maintain appropriate data transfer mechanisms for international transfers, including compliance with applicable data protection frameworks.

10. Children's Privacy

ABS services are intended for business use only and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

ABS may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
